Week 1

Your Engine Blueprint

By the end of the first week, you'll be able to say what you do and who it's for in one sentence out loud.

Also — there's a specific way to structure your offer that makes it far easier for someone to say yes, and removes the endless "I need to perfect my packages first."

Most coaches get this backwards — because they’ve been told the only way to build a successful business is to have “one offer” with a fixed price, deliverables and way of helping people.

The Conversation Engine

This is the heart of the program — and the week when sales opportunities begin moving.

You'll learn the aligned way to open doors with people who already know you: how to connect without being weird, how to recognize when genuine interest is present, and how to move a friendly exchange toward a real opportunity — without the ick, and without chasing.

You'll also learn the one small thing you add to every conversation that keeps new people flowing into your world indefinitely. (This alone is worth the program.)

The Design Conversation

There is a way to run a discovery call where you never need to pressure, perform, or convince — and where the person on the other end often ends up asking you how they can work together.

This week, you'll learn and practice the complete Design Conversation, live.

We'll also work through how to talk about money without shrinking — and how to handle the "who am I to charge this" fear right when it actually shows up: with real calls on your real calendar. Not as an abstract mindset module. In context, where it actually shifts.

And we'll coach your real calls and real opportunities as they happen.

Your Gathering Places

Where do your people already gather?

That one question makes audience-building irrelevant at your stage — and once you truly answer it, you'll never think about "visibility" the same way again.

Because there's a way to be consistently present in those rooms — communities, classes, events, partnerships — with one specific rhythm, a few hours a month, that keeps your engine fed with new people forever.
